Rick Snyder specifically mentioned that there is a self-driving test base called Mcity project in Michigan, covering 35 acres. He revealed that Guangzhou is currently negotiating a project similar to Mcity, the first in the country. The autopilot test base is expected to settle in Yangcheng.
