The company's ongoing first phase of expansion is primarily to transform the original 15,000 square foot facility into a 20,000 square foot R&D center. The focus of the retrofit is to expand the clean room area for chip manufacturing and packaging, which will be used to develop new mask design techniques, processing techniques and packaging solutions to further enhance SETI's UVTOP and UVClean device performance. And to ensure that SETI's leading position in the UV LED market. In addition, SETI recently purchased a new plant for the construction of a large-scale production line, and the company plans to expand it into a new 130,000-square-foot facility.
