Motor does not pass
1. The motor is damaged
Power failure
Repair or replace the motor
2. Check that the power is on.
Pump no liquid
Lack of drainage
2 suction side of a flange, valves or piping a large number of leaks;
3. Drainage mouth or vent mouth fight cap is not tight, or fight cap no gasket;
4. No liquid in the tank or tank.
Check one by one, against exclusion.
Process, head (pressure) is not up to standard
1. The voltage is too low, the rated speed can not reach;
Motor reversal
3. The bottom of the filter blockage, lack of over-current;
4 suction side of a flange, valve or somewhere in the pipeline chronic leakage, affecting the pump vacuum;
5. Container or tank liquid volume too little, sometimes sucked into the air.
Check one by one, against exclusion.
Leakage of motor and pump connection
1. start instantaneous leakage, the phenomenon disappeared after normal operation;
2. Always leak during operation (may be damaged seal, or actual head, pressure and pump parameters vary greatly).
1. Drainage fluid overfilling, not a failure;
2. Check the seal for damage and recalculate whether the actual working pressure exceeds the specified pump parameters. If the seal is damaged, please consider repair or replacement: If the pressure parameter is too large, please consider re-selecting or adjusting the actual working pressure.
