Secondly, improve the water return equipment and facilities of the first phase of the project and reduce the discharge point of the mineral processing industry wastewater. The backwater pump with a lifting capacity of only 32.4m in the tailings thickener will be increased to ensure that all the returned water will enter the production and return water system.

Once again, the ground washing water of the crushed mine is sent to the sedimentation tank for sedimentation and purification, and the overflowed clean water is recycled into the production and return water system, and the mud sand is recycled into the process for reconstruction.

After the implementation of this program, it has played a positive role in improving the utilization rate of mineral reclaimed water, but there are some problems in continuous drainage and emission standards. In July 1997, the sulphide ore system of the second phase of the planting of the dam and lead-zinc mine was put into trial production after the completion of the finishing. The concentrator thought that it would like to reduce the discharge of ore dressing wastewater. On the one hand, it should try to reduce the production of clean water in the beneficiation process. On the one hand, it is necessary to increase the circulating water consumption as much as possible, so that the production clean water entering the production process is less than or equal to the water taken away by the bad ore and tailings, so that the ore dressing no longer discharges the waste water. After conducting on-the-spot investigations on the concentrating plant and analyzing the water use situation in the process of mineral processing, the water system was further modified and the management was strengthened to further reduce wastewater discharge, and finally no waste water was discharged.

First, the ground flushing water: the ground washing water consumption is 1206m 3 /d, this part of the water can be completely replaced by backwater. In order to replace this part of the water with water, it is necessary to solve the problem that the return water is easy to scale, block the pipeline, and block the valve.

Second, the equipment cooling water: equipment cooling consumption of water 508m 3 / d, there are crushing mines, grinding equipment, large equipment, thin oil station water and dehydrated water ring funnel cooling water. These waters are basically non-polluting and can be directly discharged or recycled for recycling.

Third, the various pumps consume water: all kinds of pumps consume 2765.8m 3 /d of clean water, of which, the water seal water of the glue pump and the slurry pump, the high pressure flushing water of the filter press filter cloth, the water produced by the multi-stage pump is added Supply after pressure. The dewatering vacuum pump uses water to seal the water and acts as a liquid piston and cools. If the ore is contained in the water, the impeller of the vacuum pump will be worn too much. Therefore, only cleaner water can meet the needs of this part of the water. At present, only the dewatering vacuum pump can be collected by water, and it can be self-circulating after cooling, and the remaining water consumption is unavoidable. The key to using water from the vacuum pump is to prevent the water from mixing into the water ring. This problem can be overcome by strengthening management and proper modification.

4. Water consumption of the dust collector: The dust collector consumes 112m 3 /d of clean water. This part of the clean water can also be replaced by turbid water, but the problem of pipeline fouling must be solved.

V. Preparation of water for medicine: The preparation of the medicament consumes 17.1m 3 /d of clean water. Because the backwater contains some substances and metal ions that can react with the chemical, if it is used to prepare the medicament, it will have an effect on the efficacy. Only use clean water.

Therefore, the comprehensive treatment of ore dressing wastewater can be divided into two steps: the first step is to reduce the discharge volume of the sedimentation tank to zero, and the tailings dam temporarily stores the wastewater that has reached the standard. The specific work is: replace the ground flushing water with turbid return water, clean the water ring water circulation of the vacuum pump, and the equipment cooling water is not polluted or recycled. Ignore the loss in recycling, the production of new water consumption of 1.19m 3 /t ore, the production of new water accounts for 32% of the total water consumption of the beneficiation; the second step, based on the completion of the first treatment, recycling the tailings dam The water is circulated, and the backwater is fully recycled, so that the ore dressing process can be achieved without wasting waste water. The specific method is as follows: the tailings dam ring water is collected and then purified, and then used as a beneficiation pump water and dust collector for water recycling. Continue to keep the water for preparation of the medicament. Ignoring the loss in recycling, the production of new water consumption is 0.27m 3 /t ore, and the production of new water accounts for 7.26% of the total water consumption of the ore.
