1. Cylinder multi-gradient magnetic separator This machine is a medium magnetic field magnetic separator with simple structure and good sorting performance. In fact, it is mainly used to recover magnetic minerals from tailings, so Known as tailings recovery machine. This is a relatively unique mineral processing equipment with a small footprint, but a large working area and a large processing capacity. Very suitable for processing tailings.

3. LMC vertical pulse vibration magnetic field magnetic separator LMC vertical pulse vibration magnetic field magnetic separator (Fig. 3) developed and produced by Guangzhou Nonferrous Institute is a new type of weak magnetic field electromagnetic magnetic separation equipment, dedicated to magnets. The sorting and purification of strong magnetic minerals such as mines and vanadium- magnesium magnetites is especially suitable for magnetic separation and selection. The equipment has obtained national patents. The device effectively solves the magnetic agglomeration problem of ferromagnetic minerals, and uses a special magnetic field device to generate a pulsed oscillating magnetic field, so that the magnetic mineral can be fully dispersed and fully agglomerated, and the rotating rising water flow is used to exclude non-magnetic materials and continuous organisms. Separation of magnetic materials from non-magnetic gangues and continuum to obtain high-grade magnetic concentrates.
LMC vertical pulse vibration magnetic field magnetic separator is a kind of high-efficiency magnetic separation and re-election effect magnetic separation ore dressing equipment. Its main purposes are: 1 for magnetic selection, to obtain high-grade magnetic concentrate; 2 production of super iron concentrate; 3 reduce the content of impurities such as silicon and sulfur in the magnetic concentrate; 4 used as demagnetization equipment; 5 used as efficient dehydration and concentration equipment . 4. CS type permanent magnet dehydration tank Magnetic dehydration tank has two kinds of permanent magnet and electromagnetic. China mainly produces CS type permanent magnet dehydration tank from Shenyan and Liaoyan magnetic (developed by Shenyan in the mid-1970s). It has the advantages of simple structure, no moving parts, convenient maintenance, simple operation, no power, etc. It has been widely used in various magnetite ore plants in China. At present, Tianyuan Technology and Liaoyan Magnetic also produce similar MCS series permanent magnet dewatering tanks.
The permanent magnet dewatering tank is suitable for the separation and concentration of wet fine-grained ferromagnetic minerals. The equipment has good deliming effect, can be used for deliming after the first stage of grinding in the beneficiation process, and deliming after the second stage of grinding and before magnetic separation can also be used for concentration after magnetic separation and before filtration.
The structure of the CS type permanent magnet dehydration tank is shown in Fig. 4. The magnetic system shown in the figure is located at the upper part and also at the lower part of the groove. These two structures can be selected according to the magnetic properties and grain size of the ore.
