Jia Kang believes that the relevant standards for motor vehicle tires with legal and administrative effectiveness are very vague. At present, there are no clear regulations on the service life and mileage of automobile tires. The regulations on the degree of wear are also not clear. This situation is directly related to the high incidence of accidents.

Therefore, there is no need for the management department to clearly publish tire safety standards and standards that meet the safety standards, and change the current state of the fuzzy and lenient conditions. The quality standards should cover the major and operational assessments of physics, chemistry, and craftsmanship; the use of standards should be clearly quantified in important aspects such as production date (loading year), number of kilometres driven, and degree of wear as a mandatory replacement. And form the authority basis of the responsibility system.
