This innovation also proves that using biochemical rapid decomposition technology to convert straw into high-quality organic fertilizer is a practical and effective method for straw management. China possesses the largest amount of crop straw in the world, with an annual output of approximately 600 million tons. However, the majority of this straw is either left in fields or burned after drying, leading to significant waste and serious air pollution. Despite government bans on burning, the problem persists due to the lack of effective utilization methods. Finding ways to make full use of straw has become a critical issue that needs urgent resolution. Crop straw is rich in organic matter, nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, and trace elements, making it a valuable resource for organic fertilizers. Currently, there are three main methods for utilizing straw: high-temperature composting, direct return to the field, and the use of biochemical rapid decomposition technology to produce high-quality organic fertilizer. Among these, the biochemical method stands out as an advanced technique that applies modern biotechnology to efficiently transform straw into premium bio-organic fertilizer. This approach offers benefits such as automation, fast processing, high yield, no environmental impact, and improved fertilizer efficiency. In recent years, farmers have increasingly relied on chemical fertilizers and low-quality agricultural inputs to boost yields, which has negatively affected both the quality of crops and soil health. Poor-quality fertilizers often lead to pesticide residues in food, posing risks to both farmers and consumers, and damaging China's agricultural exports. By converting straw into organic fertilizer through bio-fertilizer technology, we can address the issue of straw waste while improving crop quality, promoting green agriculture, and enhancing the competitiveness of Chinese agricultural products in the global market. As a new generation of eco-friendly agricultural equipment, the ZF850 full-hydraulic self-propelled biological fertilizer machine incorporates advanced foreign technologies and design concepts. It uses closed hydraulic transmission systems and features imported key components, ensuring a well-designed, functional, and reliable machine. It includes a sprinkler system, fault warning system, and is powered by an 82-kilowatt four-cylinder turbocharged diesel engine, offering strong power and stable performance. The machine integrates mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems, with full hydraulic control and in-situ steering capabilities. It is lightweight, easy to operate, and aesthetically pleasing, with performance standards reaching international advanced levels. It is ideal for industrial-scale processing of straw, crop waste, and animal manure. Additionally, the cost of the ZF850 is only about two-fifths of similar foreign models, with a selling price of around 800,000 yuan. In contrast, comparable machines from abroad typically cost between 1.4 million and 1.6 million yuan, making the ZF850 a more affordable and efficient choice for farmers and agricultural enterprises.
