Bianning Hoff Granulator

Due to the limited resources of the earth, global regeneration technology is constantly improving. The recycling technology can greatly reduce the construction cost, and the advantages in building roads are even more obvious.

In the case of road repairs and upgrades, it is necessary to use a cold milling machine to remove or break up the asphalt concrete base, which is highly reusable and is therefore called “black gold”.

The use of the Benninghoven regeneration technology, in particular the use of the Benninghov MBRG 2000 granulator, allows the granulation of up to 1.8 m of asphalt blocks without changing the grading of the material. This discreet granulation process ensures that almost 100% of the milled asphalt material can be reused.

Another major advantage of this process is the significant reduction in fines and dust generation, which is a key advantage in preventing clogging of the feed channels and parallel rolls as much as possible. The Benninghov MBRG 2000 Granulator not only ensures that the efficiency of the parallel rollers is unaffected, but also prevents downtime due to fines.

In order to achieve the above effects, Benninghoof uses a three-stage crushing process to granulate the material. The crusher feeds the recovered bitumen material through a wheel loader, and the entire operation can be completed by a single person.

In the primary crushing stage, the equipment granulates the asphalt slab into small pieces by means of a tamper and presses it onto the grinding shaft. The reciprocating tamper prevents clogging in the hopper during upward movement.

In the secondary crushing stage, the grinding shaft with wear protection and special slicing can produce products from 0 - 70 mm. All iron products can be separated by the MBRG 2000 separator before the granulated material is transferred to the sifter.

After sieving through the sifter, the oversized aggregate from the tertiary crushing stage is fed to the secondary granulator. The granulation effect of the three-stage crushing stage will vary depending on the sifter used, and the material will pass through the sifter again through the oversized aggregate returning device.

The Benning Hough Granulator is available in mobile or stationary versions, and the mobile crusher is ready in 30 minutes. Higher efficiency results from lower wear, operation and subsequent costs. The wheel loader uses direct feeding, which not only improves efficiency, but also reduces labor costs by requiring only one person to operate.

The system of the Benning Hoff Granulator is controlled by a touch screen, which is easy to use and has a clear structure. The highly integrated, self-adjusting control system enables independent, short-term equipment control, which eliminates the need for the operator to stay on site, significantly reducing construction costs.

In addition, in order to optimize the process, the equipment uses frequency converter technology to continuously adjust the speed of the grinding shaft, while the continuous, automatically adjusted feeding system ensures the ideal throughput. At the same time, optional wireless remote control is available for device control.

The Benninghoof mobile granulator MBRG 2000 gently granulates the recovered bitumen without changing the grading of the material. Used in conjunction with asphalt mixing plants, new road construction materials can be produced, of which “old pavement materials” can reach more than 90%.

At the 2016 China Bauma Exhibition, the Benninghov brand also demonstrated its granulator technology. Click here to review the product details of the Bianning Haup brand exhibition area at the bauma exhibition. (This article comes from Wirtgen China mining crushing and screening)
