However, if you're a customer in the U.S., you might experience a shipping delay—due to circumstances beyond our control.

We understand how frustrating this can be, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. The situation stems from an unprecedented backlog at major U.S. ports, particularly in Southern California. For much of September 2021, the ports of Los Angeles and Long Beach were overwhelmed with congestion, causing significant disruptions in the supply chain.

Currently, over half a million cargo containers are waiting to be unloaded. As the peak shipping season approaches—driven by the holiday shopping rush—these ports have been setting daily records for the number of ships in port. This has created a domino effect across the entire logistics network.

Compounding the issue, there’s a widespread shortage of trucks, railcars, and warehouse space to handle the increased volume. The ongoing effects of the pandemic have also played a role, with labor shortages and health restrictions impacting port operations. Additionally, aging infrastructure at these ports is struggling to keep up with the growing size of modern cargo ships, which are now two or three times larger than they were just a decade ago.

This combination of factors has led to severe delays in deliveries nationwide. If the situation isn’t resolved soon, it could impact global supply chains as well. While this isn't the first time we've seen port bottlenecks, the scale of the current backlog is unlike anything we've seen before.
