MI600 Truck Bearing - One Way Bearing from a Trusted Chinese Manufacturer
Introduction
The MI600 is part of the MG, MI, MO, and MR series of sealed, sprag-type freewheels. These units are supported by two 60...ZZ series grease-lubricated bearings and are delivered pre-lubricated for immediate installation. The MI series is specifically designed for indexing applications, while the MG series is ideal for inner race overrunning scenarios. The inner race is keyed to the shaft, and the outer race’s inside diameter (D4) should be used as the mounting reference for connected components such as sprockets, pulleys, or gears.
Key Features
1. The MG Series is used for inner race overrunning, while the MI Series is ideal for indexing.
2. When attaching components like pulleys or gears, insert the clutch into the hub and secure with high-tension bolts in the tapped holes. Ensure the hub bore is H6 or H7 according to JIS standards.
3. Recommended shaft tolerances are available upon request.
4. Keys should follow JIS B1301-1959 specifications. For models M750 and above, keys are included.
5. Only use parallel keys—never tapered ones.
6. For high torque or shock load applications, it's recommended to use hardened keys and shafts.
7. Allow clearance between the key and keyway for pressure ventilation in the MG series. A ventilation hole is provided on the inner race.
8. Apply pressure only to the inner race when mounting the clutch on a shaft.
9. Thrust loads should be handled by other components, not the Cam Clutch itself.
10. At medium and high speeds, monitor temperatures. If the outer race exceeds 70°C, contact Tubaki for alternative solutions.
11. Oil is not sealed at shipment; add an appropriate amount before use.
12. When ordering MG Series models from MG750 upwards, provide the overrunning speed.
13. Consult for vertical mounting options.
