Karl Klotz captured a house fire in Frankfort’s district last night and shared several photos along with the following account:
"Frankfort Ladder Co. 2 arrived to find heavy flames coming from both the front and rear of a two-story single-family home. A quick exterior knockdown was executed before firefighters made entry. Despite the 20-degree weather, the crews had no issues with water supply and were able to quickly bring the fire under control."
The incident took place at 19949 Spruce Drive on January 2nd, 2012. The responding units included Frankfort Fire Department, Tinley Park TL204, Matteson A2, and Manhattan SQ1216.
