1. Electric control system: World-renowned controllers are applied. For example, servo drivers, servo motors, positioning modules, and CPU from Mitsubishi, Yaskawa, and Delta are used, offering strong performance and excellent stability.
2. Ultra-large CPU that can hold up to 400 groups of data is used. If more storage is needed, transmission software can be purchased and installed for the computer. Data can also be stored on a hard drive to expand the number of editable groups infinitely. (Optional)
3. A Windows operating system is installed on an industrial computer to work with the servo system, providing both servo drive capabilities and the convenience of Windows-based file management. Data can also be stored on a hard disk or floppy disk for infinite expansion of edit groups.
4. The system can automatically detect errors and faults, displaying them on the screen for easy troubleshooting by operators.
5. All processing data is input through the touch screen, allowing compensation values, speed, and demolding clearance to be set based on different materials.
6. For the same pipe, each elbow can have 5 action sequences and 10 speed segments independently, improving work efficiency and reducing interference points.
