Wet-down for new tower ladder in Bloomingdale

Hey everyone, I just got this update from John Tulipano about the Bloomingdale Fire Protection District. Apparently, on Friday, November 6th, 2015, at 8:00 AM, they officially put their brand-new 2015 E-ONE Cyclone II fire truck into service. This state-of-the-art vehicle is equipped with a 1,500-gallon-per-minute pump, a 300-gallon water tank, and a 100-foot aerial ladder. It’s been assigned the number #139487. I’ve included some photos from the wet-down ceremony and close-up shots of the truck. The first image shows the fire truck during the wet-down ceremony, which is a traditional way to welcome a new piece of equipment into the department. The second photo captures a detailed view of the truck's grille, highlighting its sleek design. Following that, there's an image focusing on the E-ONE Cyclone II’s impressive tower ladder, showcasing its capabilities. There are also additional photos from the ceremony itself, giving a broader look at how the event unfolded. These images were all taken by John Tulipano, who did a fantastic job capturing the excitement of the day. It’s always great to see a department adding such advanced equipment to their fleet. If you’re in the area or part of the Bloomingdale FPD community, be sure to give them a warm welcome as they continue to serve and protect. Take care, [Your Name]
