According to statistics from the China Association of Automobile Manufacturers, from January to November this year, the nationwide automobile production and sales amounted to 6,592,400 and 6,548,800 vehicles, an increase of 27.92% and 25.49% year-on-year. According to this schedule, China's automobile production and sales will exceed 7 million vehicles for the first time this year. According to statistics from the China Automotive Industry Association, China’s automobile production and sales in November increased significantly from last month. Sales growth was slightly higher than output, and the overall increase of passenger cars was significantly higher than that of commercial vehicles. In November, 701,300 cars and 689,000 cars were produced and sold. From January to November, the country's passenger car production and sales amounted to 4,734,500 and 4,616,000 units, an increase of 34.06% and 30.91% year-on-year; commercial vehicle production and sales were 1,857,900 units and 1,844,200 units, an increase of 14.55% and 13.70% year-on-year.
From January to November, the top ten auto companies in sales ranking were: SAIC, FAW, Dongfeng, Chang'an, BAIC, GAC, Chery, Hafei, Brilliance and Geely. From January to November, the above-mentioned ten companies sold a total of 5,427,900 vehicles, accounting for 84.11% of the total automobile sales in China.
