INTRODUCTION OF QUICK CONNECTOR
1) Design and Production
Our quick connect fittings are designed with innovation, security, and speed in mind. Made from synthetic materials, they are suitable for most media-carrying lines, including fuel, oil vapor, water cooling, and air systems. These connectors are ideal for automotive applications and strictly follow the SAE J2044-2009 standard for liquid fuel and vapor or emissions systems. If needed, we can customize based on customer requirements. The plug-in and self-locking structure ensures easy connection and disconnection. The compact design allows for high-density arrangements and enhances design flexibility.
2) Security of Quick Connector
The quick connector features a double sealing ring radial sealing structure. Modified rubber O-rings are used to ensure resistance against fluid properties, aging, corrosion, and swelling. The outer O-rings are separated by an intermediate spacer ring, preventing bonding between the two sealing rings. This design increases mechanical strength and prevents air aging. The sealing ring and spacer ring are securely fastened using an elastic clamping device, ensuring a reliable seal and avoiding issues like ring falling or shifting.

These connectors are suitable for gasoline and diesel fuel delivery systems, ethanol, methanol, or natural gas delivery systems, as well as their vapor venting or evaporative emission control systems.

5) Connect & Disconnect Operation Method of Quick Connector
The quick connector consists of a body, inner O-ring, outer O-ring, spacer ring, securing ring, and locking spring. When a mating tube end piece is inserted into the connector, the locking spring's elasticity helps secure the connection. To disconnect, push the male connector and press the clip button to release it. Note that SAE 30th heavy oil lubrication should be applied before reseating.
