INTRODUCTION OF QUICK CONNECTOR
1) Design and Production
Our quick connect fittings are designed with innovation, security, and speed in mind. These connectors are made from synthetic materials and are ideal for various media-carrying lines, including fuel, oil vapor, water cooling, and air systems. They are specifically tailored to match automotive piping systems. The design and production strictly follow the SAE J2044-2009 standard for liquid fuel and vapor or emissions systems. If our products don't meet your needs, we can customize them according to your requirements. The plug-in and self-locking structure allows for quick and easy connection and disconnection. The space needed for operation is only the width of a finger on both sides, making it possible to arrange multiple connectors densely and increasing design flexibility.
2) Security of Quick Connector
The quick connector features a double sealing ring radial sealing structure, using modified rubber O-rings. These rings are suitable for fluid physics and chemistry, offering anti-aging, corrosion resistance, and swelling properties. The outer O-rings are separated by an intermediate spacer ring. This ensures that the two sealing rings do not bond together, and the outer synthetic rubber O-rings enhance mechanical performance while preventing aging. The sealing ring and spacer ring are securely fastened in the shell via an elastic clamping device, ensuring no issues like ring falling or shifting occur. This guarantees excellent sealing security.

4) Working Environment of Quick Connector
These connectors are suitable for gasoline and diesel fuel delivery systems, as well as ethanol, methanol, or natural gas delivery systems, or their vapor venting and evaporative emission control systems.

5) Connect & Disconnect Operation Method of Quick Connector
A quick connector consists of a body, inner O-ring, outer O-ring, spacer ring, securing ring, and locking spring. When a mating tube end piece is inserted into the connector, the locking spring's elasticity helps to connect two connectors together, and then pulling back ensures a complete connection. For repair or removal, push the male connector forward and press the clip button, allowing the lock to expand and easily pull out the connector. Note that SAE 30th heavy oil lubrication should be used before reseating.
