INTRODUCTION OF QUICK CONNECTOR
1) Design and Production

2) Security of Quick Connector
The quick connector features a double sealing ring radial structure with modified rubber o-rings that provide excellent resistance to aging, corrosion, and swelling. The outer o-rings are separated by an intermediate spacer ring, ensuring no bonding between the two sealing rings. This design enhances mechanical properties and prevents air aging. The sealing ring and spacer ring are securely fastened using an elastic clamping device, ensuring reliable performance and preventing issues like ring fall or displacement.

4) Working Environment of Quick Connector

5) Connect & Disconnect Operation Method of Quick Connector
A quick connector consists of a body, inner O-ring, outer O-ring, spacer ring, securing ring, and locking spring. When a mating tube end piece is inserted into the connector, the locking spring's elasticity helps secure the connection. To disconnect, push the male connector and press the clip button, allowing for easy removal. Always use SAE 30 heavy oil lubrication before reseating the connector for optimal performance.
