The LZ-L12 Paper Cup Forming Machine is a multi-station automatic system designed for efficient and continuous production. It includes key processes such as feeding, sealing, oil filling, washing, heating, knurling, curling, and unloading. This machine is ideal for manufacturing paper cups used in testing, marketing, and advertising, especially for hot drinks and beverages. For double PE-coated paper cups, we recommend the LZ-2L12 ultrasonic model.
FEATURES:
1) The machine features an inclined frame that helps cups drop into plastic holes with a success rate of up to 99.99%.
2) The head shape is oblate, making it easier to seal the cups compared to a round design.
3) The machine automatically feeds the bottom paper into the cup and self-adjusts using a spring mechanism.
