The Characteristics of the Machine:
1. This high-speed paper cup forming machine features two turnplates, an open intermittent indexing cam mechanism, and gear transmission, with the cam imported from Korea.
2. The entire machine is equipped with an automatic lubrication system, ensuring smoother operation of all mechanical parts.
3. It uses hot air devices for bottom sealing, which are highly efficient and imported from Switzerland.
4. With a higher speed (100pcs/min) than the previous model, the RD-12/22-100A includes an additional Swiss Leister hot air device for side sealing, combining both hot air and ultrasonic methods for better results.
5. The side sealing process is done using ultrasonic technology provided by Evergreen, a brand from Taiwan.
6. The cup top curling process involves two steps: rotary curling and heating shaping, resulting in a more stable and visually appealing finish.
7. Equipped with a PLC control system and sensor failure detection, the machine automatically stops if any issues occur, improving safety and reducing labor costs. Key components like the PLC, touch screen, inverter, temperature controller, and sensors are sourced from Korea.
8. All bearings are made in Japan (NSK brand), and the vacuum generator is also from Japan (SMC brand).
9. The machine offers improved efficiency and superior performance compared to previous models.
10. It is easy to produce different cup sizes by changing molds, offering flexibility for various applications.
