The global OLED market will reach 33.1 billion US dollars by 2020

In recent years, the global OLED market has experienced rapid development. In 2015, its market size reached 13 billion US dollars. With the development of technology and construction capabilities, OLEDs (about 5 inches from small panels) are growing rapidly and are expected to replace LCDs. Research and marketing companies publish global and China OLED industry reports from 2016 to 2020. In recent years, the global OLED market has experienced rapid development. In 2015, its market size reached 13 billion US dollars. With the development of technology and construction capabilities, OLEDs (about 5 inches from small panels) are growing rapidly and are expected to replace LCDs. Once Apple begins to use OLED panels, its demonstration effect will further stimulate market demand. It is estimated that by 2020, the global OLED market will reach 33.1 billion US dollars, with an average annual growth rate of about 20%. Mobile phones are the largest application market for OLEDs. In 2015, about 76% of OLED panels were used in mobile phones. In the future, OLEDs will become more and more widely used, such as wearable devices, televisions, lighting, virtual reality and automobiles. At present, the global manufacturers of OLED panels are mainly concentrated in South Korea, such as Samsung Display and LG Display. Samsung focuses on the production of small and medium-sized panels for mobile phones, and LG mainly produces large panels for TVs. The two companies are now expanding their capacity. From 2015 to 2017, Samsung Display will invest a total of US$3.6 billion in South Korea to establish a new OLED panel production line, mainly producing small and medium-sized OLED displays, mainly for consumer electronics such as smart phones. From 2016 to 2017, Samsung Display will invest 7.4 billion US dollars for Apple to produce curved OLED displays. According to the original plan, the capacity of Samsung's display will be expanded to 30,000 to 45,000 substrates in 2016 and 45,000 substrates in 2017. LG Display focuses on OLED TVs and OLED lighting. In September 2014, LG Display launched the world's first 4K curved OLED TV. At the end of 2015, LG Display took over all of LG Chem's OLED lighting business. In July 2015, LG Display announced an investment of 1.05 trillion won to build a 6th generation flexible OLED production line at the Gumi Plant. The line has a monthly planning capacity of 7,500 units (already invested in glass substrates) and is planned for mass production in the first half of 2017. In China, such as Hehui Optoelectronics, BOE, Tianma Microelectronics and Visionox are entering the field of OLED. Hehui Optoelectronics will develop a flexible AMOLED display in 2017, a foldable product in 2019, and a curlable product in 2020.

CNC Metal Spinning

The CNC metal spinning machine is an advanced chipless metal processing and forming machine. The machine uses the feed motion of tools such as rotating wheels to press the metal blanks that are rotated together with the random bed spindle to produce continuous local plastic deformation and become a hollow revolving part. Metal spinning is widely used in lighting, ventilation, kitchenware, hardware, medical and chemical industry, aerospace and other fields.
