Quanzhou LED industry regional standards are put on the agenda


Recently, Quanzhou LED industry began to work on the development of Quanzhou LED local quality standard system.
The testing center is open and free of charge. In the daily production process of LED production enterprises, the detection of indicators such as light distribution, color and safety is indispensable. Previously, due to the low detection capability of local enterprises, the quality of LED products of many small enterprises was difficult to guarantee. It is understood that the current local enterprises to detect LED-related products, most need to go to Xiamen's national LED application product quality supervision and inspection center, and even further testing centers, a variety of testing minimum of one or two thousand yuan, usually also queued for testing, testing A product takes about half a month or so; in Quanzhou, the Quanzhou Optoelectronic Technology Research Institute is limited to 8 shareholder units.
In response to this situation, the reporter recently learned from Quanzhou Optoelectronic Technology Research Institute that in addition to ensuring the needs of shareholders, the Optoelectronic Technology Research Center will open to local LED companies and provide free testing services for enterprises in need. At present, the testing center of the Institute of Optoelectronic Technology has conducted product light distribution testing for more than 20 companies and issued more than 100 test reports. In addition to LED manufacturing companies, there are also some companies that plan to carry out energy-saving retrofits for LED lights. Setting regional standards to focus on standard output Due to the lack of uniform LED standards in the country, many regions in China have begun to work or have developed LED product standards applicable to industries in certain regions. Not long ago, a LED company in Jiangxi cooperated with Shenzhen Changyuntong Optoelectronics Co., Ltd. to adopt the Guangdong LED standard and released new technologies and new products for light-emitting LED standard optical components. This is the first time that Guangdong LED standards have been adopted by Jiangxi enterprises.
We mainly produce LED light sources. There is no fixed standard now, as long as the products can be completed according to customer requirements. The person in charge of a LED lighting production company in Quanzhou said that such things are not uncommon in the industry. Although for the LED industry, the state has also taken the lead in formulating some standard specifications, such as "Technical Specifications for Energy Savings and Greenhouse Gas Emission Reduction Evaluation of LED Lighting Projects", "General Technical Conditions for LED Stage Lighting", and "Inspection Procedures for Import and Export Lighting Apparatus" Part 2 : LED modules for general lighting, but it is still difficult to cover multiple projects of LED lighting products.

Spherical Roller Bearing

 

A Spherical bearing is composed by an inner ring with a double raceway and an outer ring with spherical surface, the outer raceway center is in accord with shaft center; all having self-aligning function, which can compensate the mounting error between the shaft and bearing seat and the outer ring inclination caused by shaft deflection. They can carry large radial load and could also support any directional axial load but not pure axial load. In particular, they are suitable for the applications with heavy load or vibration.

Structures

20000Ctype is adopting spherical symmetrical rollers, no fixed ribs on the inner ring; there are also two rows of independent solid cages. This type of bearings is especially suitable for the applications with high speed rotation.

20000CA are symmetric spherical rollers, there are fixed ribs on the center of inner ring, the solid cage is integrated. This type of bearings is widely applied and especially for applications with heavy load.

Cage material

Machined brass cage or pressed cage of steel sheet.

Tolerance and clearance

The tolerance of spherical roller bearings is class 0 and class 6. The tolerance value is available in section Rolling Bearing Tolerance.
