Introduction
A butterfly valve is a type of flow control device that can be used for isolation or regulation of fluid flow. It features a disk-shaped closing element that rotates within the valve body. The operation is similar to a ball valve, allowing for quick shut-off. These valves are popular due to their cost-effectiveness and lightweight design, making them ideal for various applications. The disk is positioned in the center of the pipe, and it is connected to an actuator on the outside. Rotating the actuator turns the disk either parallel or perpendicular to the flow. Unlike ball valves, the disk is always present in the flow path, which causes a pressure drop regardless of the position.

Aone-Best Balancing
valves have two materials, the valves`s matreial below DN50 is bronze and the
others are ductile iron. The valve`s core is brass. The seals are EPDM.
The connection of DN50
or smaller size is threaded and the flange if used for DN65 or bigger size.
The handwheel`s
material of DN50 or smaller size is ABS, the material of DN65 to DN150 is
NYLON, and DN200 to DN600 use ductile iron handwheel.
When regulating the
valve, the position of handwheel will not change. The stem will drives the
valve`s core move up or down. After regulating, the real position of valve`s
core will show on the handwheel`s scale. The accuracy of all handwheels is 0.1
cycles.
The balancing valve
has memory device. The memory device is adjusted at the center of the
handwheel. When the balancing valve is adjusted in the system, lock the memory
device. After the balancing valve is closed, it can return to the original
opening position.
Each balancing valve
has two ports for measuring pressure, and the thread of ports is PT1/4 ". The
pressure of inlet and outlet of the valve can be measured separately, which is
used to adjust the balancing valve or to measure the system pressure. The ports
are equipped with a copper measuring joint, and the joint cap and the joint are
connected by a plastic connecting ring. The connecting ring is divided into two
kinds: red and blue, red represents the inlet pressure, and blue represents the
outlet pressure.
