It is reported that Haining China Tire City, which was listed as a key service project in Zhejiang Province and a three-year action plan for logistics development in Zhejiang Province, laid the foundation on November 26, 2009. The project occupies a total area of ​​500 mu, information trading center and product transaction. The district, the logistics area, the warehouse management area, and the business supporting area are integrated into one of the five functions. Haining is located at the southern edge of the Hangjiahu Plain in the Yangtze River Delta, on the north bank of the Qiantang River, and in the northern part of Zhejiang Province.
