It is generally added to about 10L to ensure that the oil absorption depth does not exceed 5 meters and whether each vent valve is open.
Second, check the vacuum indicates the value, if the vacuum is higher, there may be a partial blockage of the suction pipe, the need to see if there is foreign matter in the suction pipe, the suction filter has absorbed too much impurities lead to blockage, can be washed under water; If the vacuum value is low or there is no value at all, there may be looseness at the interface between the suction pipe, the tank, and the oil gun, and the gap is not tightly sealed, or the suction pipe may be damaged. Simply seal the interface of the suction pipe, make up the damaged position of the suction pipe, or replace the suction pipe. 2. The clearance of the oil pump impeller increases. At this time, it is necessary to check and repair the oil pump.
Third, abnormal speed increase box, may be due to less lubricant or impurities in the speed increase box, just add or replace the lubricant can be solved. Another possibility is that the parts in the speed increaser box have worn out. It is necessary to remove the parts for inspection. After cleaning, pick out the worn parts and replace them.
Fourth, the power take-off box is abnormal, may be 1, the tanker's air pressure is insufficient, the power take-off box is not connected to the file, the pneumatic take-off box pressure is sufficient, so that the barometer value can be above 0.3Mpa; 2, gas path Sealing is not good, power take-off box is not connected to the file, check the gas line to make the tightness tight; 3, the air chamber has a failure, the power take-off box is not connected to the file, check the repair air chamber can be excluded; 4, take the power box Lubricating oil is too little or have impurities, add or replace the lubricant; 5, take the power box parts wear, remove the parts inspection, cleaning and pick out the worn parts to replace.
