Bar mill introduction:
The rod mill is loaded by barrel grinding bodies is named after the bar, rod mill is generally wet overflow type, it can be used as an open-circuit grinding, widely used in artificial stone sand, mineral processing plants, chemical The first-grade grinding rod mill of the power department of the factory.
The rod mill is driven by the motor through the reducer and the surrounding large gear reduction drive or by the low speed synchronous motor directly through the peripheral large gear reduction drive to drive the cylinder to rotate.
The cylinder is filled with a suitable grinding medium - steel rod. Under the action of centrifugal force and friction force, the grinding medium is lifted to a certain height and falls down in a falling or falling state. The material to be milled continuously enters the inside of the cylinder by the feeding port, is crushed by the moving grinding medium, and discharges the product out of the machine through the overflow and continuous feeding force to carry out the next process operation.

Rod mill application range:
[1] tin ore, tungsten and other rare metals ore re-election or magnetic separation plant, as well as quartz sand plant, in order to prevent the "smashing" the harm caused, often using rod mill.
[2] When two-stage continuous grinding is used, if the first section is ground from 20-6mm to 3-1mm, the rod mill is used as the first section of grinding equipment , the production capacity is larger and the efficiency is higher.
[3] In some cases, it can be used instead of a short-head cone crusher for fine crushing.

How the rod mill works:
The motor drives the cylinder to rotate through the reducer device. The crushed ore and steel rod in the cylinder are subjected to friction and centrifugal force during the rotation of the cylinder. After being brought to a certain height by the lining plate, the gravity is thrown into the river, and the ore is discharged. It is gradually pulverized under the action of impact and grinding. The crushed ore is discharged out of the cylinder through the discharge portion. The feeder is uniformly fed, and the ore is continuously and evenly fed into the rod mill through the combined feeder, and the ground material is continuously discharged from the rod mill. The rod mill is a milling machine that can work continuously for 24 hours.
