Application:

This system is designed to treat unqualified turbine oil, especially highly emulsified turbine oil. It effectively removes water, gas, and impurities, making the oil suitable for reuse by restoring its original properties.

Features:

1. Thoroughly breaks down emulsification using high-molecular polymeric materials.

2. Effectively dewatering with a two-step dehydration method, removing liquid, free, and 80% dissolved water.

3. Unique impurity removal technology with double FH trapezoidal filters and high-polymer absorption, achieving ÃŸ3 equal or exceeding 200 and NAS 1638 grade 6 cleanliness.

4. Trapezoidal, spiral, and automatic backflushing system.

5. Advanced dielectric condensation devices.

6. Online oil purification can be performed automatically without human intervention during turbine or water turbine operation.
