Oil Purifier System TY Used Turbine Oil Dehydration Plant
Application:
This system is designed to treat unqualified turbine oil, especially oil that is severely emulsified. It efficiently removes water, gas, and impurities, targeting the characteristics of turbine oil such as high moisture content, easy emulsification, and high impurity levels, helping the oil regain its new oil properties.
Features:
1. Thoroughly breaks down emulsification using high-molecular polymeric materials.
2. Effectively dehydrates with a two-step method, removing liquid water, free water, and 80% dissolved water.
3. Utilizes a unique technique for impurity removal, filtering through double FH trapezoidal networks and absorbing impurities with high-polymer materials, achieving β3 equal or exceeding 200 and ensuring cleanliness grade 6 (NAS1638).
4. Equipped with a trapezoidal, spiral, and automatic backflushing system.
5. Features advanced dielectric condensation devices.
6. Enables online oil purification automatically without human intervention, whether for turbines or water turbines.
