A: We usually pack our products in neutral cartons. If you have a registered trademark, we can use your branded packaging after receiving your authorization letter.

A: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We will provide photos of the products and packaging for your approval before the final payment.

Q3. What are your delivery terms?
A: EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU.

Q4. How long is your delivery time?
A: It typically takes 30 to 60 days after receiving the advance payment. The exact time depends on the product and order quantity.

A: Yes, we can manufacture according to your samples or technical drawings. We also offer mold and fixture production.

A: We can provide samples if we have them in stock, but the customer is responsible for the sample cost and shipping.

A: Yes, we perform 100% testing before shipment.
