Recently, the “Twelfth Five-Year” National Science and Technology Support Program “High-purity Graphite Materials Development and Its Typical Application” (2013BAE04B00) project passed the acceptance test in Beijing. In accordance with the relevant provisions of the “National Science and Technology Support Plan Management Measures”, the acceptance expert group heard the report of the project leader on the implementation of the project, reviewed the relevant materials, and after the inquiry and discussion, the acceptance expert group considered that the project completed the main tasks specified. And indicators, agree to pass the acceptance.
The project carried out green preparation and typical demonstration of flake graphite basic raw materials, high-purity flake graphite preparation technology and application, low-sulfur high-oxidation expandable graphite and high thermal conductivity flexible graphite sheet preparation technology development and demonstration, new anode material preparation technology and Industrialization research, advanced metal-scale graphite composite material development and demonstration five research, built 3 million tons / year flake graphite mining, 200,000 tons / year large scale graphite, 500,000 tons / year fine flake graphite, 1000 tons / 3N grade high-purity flake graphite, 300 tons/year 4N grade high-purity flake graphite, 1000 tons/year expandable graphite, 60 tons/year high thermal conductivity ultra-thin flexible graphite sheet, 1000 tons/year new spherical flake graphite and new lithium 11 anodes of battery materials, 11 tons of metal-scale graphite composite materials.
The research results of this project can greatly improve the level of deep processing technology in China's graphite industry, and make the research and development capability and production technology level of China's flake graphite industry technology close to the international advanced level, which provides important support for the strategic development of China's natural graphite industry.

Waste Rubber Pyrolysis Plant introduction:

Waste Rubber Pyrolysis Plant can refine the waste rubber into fuel oil by pyrolysis process. The final product will be base oil which can be made into diesel and gasoline.


1.Working process Of waste rubber  pyrolysis plant:

First, the raw materials are put into the reactor, and then seal the feeding in door, later start the machine and the reactor will be rotating and heated by coal, natural gas, wood or electricity. When the temperature reaches the degree of 250 to 280, we will get the crude oil, the oil steam will be continuous produced until the temperature reaches 350-460 C; oil steam will flow through oil gas separator, light component will enter the condensers and meanwhile the heavy oil will be discharged automatically into in heavy oil tank. The liquefied part will be condensed as crude oil, and the part which cannot be liquefied will be transferred by the water seal back to the burning chamber to be reused as heating material.
