It is ideal for purifying turbine oil before it degrades, effectively breaking emulsions, removing water, gas, soap, gelatin, acid, pigment, and metal particles from emulsified turbine oil and low-viscosity lubricants. Working Process:
Dirtied oil enters the system through inlet ball valves under negative pressure, passing through an initial oil filter to remove large particles and protect the pump. The oil is then gradually heated to a controlled temperature by the automatic temperature control unit. It flows into the vacuum separator, where it forms a thin film on packing materials. Moisture and air within the oil are boiled out in the vacuum environment, enabling effective oil-water separation. Most of the vapor condenses into water in the steam trap, while the remaining vapor and air are expelled through the vacuum pump. The purified oil, free of moisture, is then filtered through two stages of high-precision filters and discharged via the oil pump, completing the recycling cycle.
