Application
The TYA series vacuum oil purification machine is designed for a wide range of applications. It can be used with various types of oils such as hydraulic oil, gear oil, engine oil, compressor oil, refrigeration oil, and other industrial oils. Additionally, it is suitable for cooking oils like coconut oil and soybean oil. This device effectively removes water, gas, mechanical impurities, and other harmful substances from the oil, enhancing its quality and restoring its properties. The purified oil is clean and similar to new oil after treatment.
Structure and Features
1. Oil degassing, dehydration, and filtration with variable flow rates in one or multiple passes.
2. Equipped with an automatic backflushing system for cleaning impurities.
3. A double primary filter design with large particle capacity and multi-stage filtration for high precision.
4. Uses stainless steel filters that are corrosion-resistant, highly efficient in removing impurities, and have a long service life.
5. Implements 3D-Evaporation technology and thin film evaporation for quick separation of trace water, soluble water, and gas using multi-level water-oil separation.
6. Features an interlocked protective system for enhanced safety.
7. High-quality and low-noise oil pump for smooth operation.
