A: We are a manufacturer of car care products with over 15 years of experience, specializing in producing lubricants, refrigerant gases, car clean and polish sprays, and other maintenance products.
Q: Where is your factory located?
A: Our factory is located in Longteng Industrial Park, Longgui Town, Baiyun District, Guangzhou, China. It's just 30 minutes from Baiyun International Airport. If you'd like to visit, here are some options:
- We can pick you up at the airport or your hotel in Guangzhou.
- You can take a taxi.
- Take metro line 3 to Longgui Station, then exit from gate B2, and we will meet you there.
Q: Can you produce custom branding and packaging? Is there an extra charge?
A: Yes, we offer OEM and ODM services. You can send us your designs in CDR, AI, or PDF format, or tell us your ideas, and our designers will help bring them to life without any additional cost.
Q: What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
A: For our own GL brand, there is no MOQ requirement. For private branding and custom design, the MOQ is 5,000 pieces per item.
Q: Can I get free samples? How?
A: Yes, we offer up to 5 free samples. However, due to their hazardous nature, they cannot be shipped through regular couriers. New customers need to cover the shipping cost, which will be deducted from the total order amount. It's recommended to pay via Western Union for security and speed. Once received, samples will be sent out via TNT, DHL, or EMS within 5-7 days.
Q: How long does production take?
A: It usually takes 25-30 days for one 20ft container.
Q: What are your payment terms?
A: Our payment terms are as follows:
- T/T: 30% deposit, balance before shipment or against B/L copy.
- T/T: 30% deposit, 70% by L/C at sight.
