For the oil filter,generally there have four types,they are press filter, Vertical blade vibration filter, Horizontal Oil Filter and Decanter Centrifuge. All of the filters have different size and different capacity.
The filter machine is an ideal filtration equipment for solid-liquid separation in the production process of oil, chemical, light industry, food, medicine and other industries
We can produce different capacit Oil Press Filter, there have two kinds of material for plate, PP plate and castor iron plate.
This Oil Press Filter can be Manual pulling plate, hydraulic automatic pulling plate.
These Filter press equipment are widely used for the solid-liquid separation process in the industrial of mineral processing, petroleum, chemical industry, dyestuff, metallurgy, medicine, food, coal and carbon, inorganic salts, alcohol, light industry, textiles, environmental protection, energy and so on.

4. The rack has the function of hydraulic press, automatic control and automatic keeping the pressure. We just need control the button of the electronic control cabinet. It will start all of the operation or achieve the centralized control.
5. Filter press equipment equipped with the safety devices to ensure safe operation.
The Filtration Process
How does the Filter press equipment carry out the filtration process? The feeding pump injects the slurry into the filter press from the feeding head. The chambers created by the plates are filled up with the slurry, the cloth (specifically developed for each material) and the high pressure dry the cakes, faster and better. The clean water is discharged into drainage gutters, ready to be reused, and the cakes can now be disposed of easily.
